TEMPEST - for Advanced IVR Design and with Speech on Board
Tempest is the user friendly graphical software for fast design of traditional (DTMF), mixed (DTMF & TTS/TTS prompts) or fully speech enabled (TTS and ASR) advanced and complete IVR telephony services.
It offers the capability to easily prototype, develop, share and modify call flows in short time and with no programming efforts.
Optimized algorithms allow to make the most of the ASR, basic TTS engine or high quality Nuance Vocalizer voices, which are included in the platform, in over 40 languages. Moreover, SAPI5 TTS voices of any vendor, are supported. For the convenience of the user, Tempest offers an internal ready-to-use auto-attendant, where just names and departments may be added in order to have the speech recognition understand them right away.
Complete telephony projects can be created, thanks to all integrated features like sms gateway, voicemail, outbound dialer, customizable statistics module, interfaces to databases and much more to discover.
These call services can be tested by means of the Tempest TestPhone and right away connected to the PBX; like 3CX, Asterisk (Elastix, FreePBX), all SIP VOIP compliant PBXs or to older analog devices through Sangoma Vega gateways or similar.
Tempest is provided as an annual service and includes support and maintenance.
